Do you have to tune down drums to play live?

what i mean by this is, when band play live (e.g All Time Low), they tune there guitar’s and bass guitar down (Usually). So, I was wondering do you have to tune your drums down to match the guitar’s, or do you just leave them? Thanks guys!
